The borders of Sudan (Nile Valley) extend to Alexandria. This was the answer of the former SPLM leader, John Garang, when asked about the Halayeb dispute. This answer was a clear indication that Garang was a unionist leader who sought unity between Sudan and Egypt not the unity of Sudan alone. |
