Sudan’s President Omar al-Basher is visiting neighbouring Chad, in defiance of calls from the International Criminal Court (ICC) for his arrest, reports BBC.

The trip is the first time Mr Basher has set foot on the soil of a court member since the ICC called for his arrest on war crimes charges in 2009.Chadian officials said Mr Basher, who denies the charges, would not be arrested(supposedly Al-Basher committed war crimes, he remains responsible to his country and history and not to a third party who ever or what ever that party is.

within this context Kenny MacAskill, the Scottish justice secretary is quoted: he was “accountable to Scotland”, not the United States, he added that Scottish ministers are not answerable to American senators and likewise regarding release of Migrahi). It remains true that the Sudanese president seemed more focused on improvements in relations between the two neighbours than on the possibility of his incarceration.

despite the issue of the ICC charges against Mr Basher, the international community is pleased the two countries are now getting on, reports the BBC's East Africa correspondent Will Ross, because it potentially increases the chances of ending the long-running conflict in Darfur. Ironically, the so-called International community was and is behind complicating Darfur conflict in order to destabilize Sudan, a step necessary(from Western perspective) to topple Khartoum regime that constitutes a prickly thorn in the throat  Western hegemony .

Abdelwahed ,number one peace-rejectionist, is harboured by France, whereas Britain’s Brown used to dispatch confusing signals to Darfur rrebels whenever peace looms as it happened during Sirte (Libya) negotiations.

Washington (the imperial City aka New Rome and the greatest evil-doer in history) was behind igniting Darfur conflagration and still continues to  pour fuel on it every now and then, regardless of dispatching Scott Gration to Khartoum as a smokescreen..

Drought- suffering Darfur was exploited by Bush’s Washington on the eve of an election year to distract attention from Iraqi quagmire to the extent of publishing 3 million news(information explosion) in the first month.

Number of casualties in Darfur rose day after another ,but that was nothing more than a statistic difference in the lexicon of the Vampire City of new Rome and the greatest evil-doer in history aka Washington, as long as the conflict constitutes another trove pumping funds and blood-stained profits derived from blood-shed and maimed bodies of the third world Muslims to the coffers  of the drooling beast of the ever hungry stomach of the military –industrial-congressional complex.

Regarding Afghanistan Iranian influence in the conflict, the role of Pakistan’s inter-service intelligence Agency, the weapons being employed – they all stand as testimony to the number of civilians who have become casualties of a badly focused international military campaign.

Back to Chad We hail, appreciate and applaud the  moral courage of Chad’s President and his  spirit that reflects true Africanism.. He ,unequivocally,  decaled to enemies of  Africa that Chad is a sovereign state and not the state that could be directed and then just obeys, which entails that President  Debby is not that kind of Presidents who can stab from the back.

That solid and courageous gesture was the expected stance from Chad which President Al Basher left to it with his full recognition that Chad is an ICC member State, but his satisfaction with Debby's ethics and the deep-rooted relations between Sudan and Chad encouraged him to fly to Chad.

Moreover, President Debby affirmed practically that he is not like President Obama, as in Chad the President has his word, decision and clear stance; unlike America where the President has no powers and he cannot fulfill any of what he promised.

In the Flotilla massacre an American citizen was shot dead by Israeli pirates, but Obama sacrificed his fellow citizen on the altar of mid-term elections. Obama failed even to close Guantanamo prison at the time he promised to do so.

Israel became the first to hinder his international pledges putting his presidency in critical position before the whole world.

In fact poor Obama or his  entire Administration has no say, but the say is in the hands of the Jewish lobbies that are controlling the decision-making in the USA in the absence of ethics and ideals.
