 The members of Referendum Commission are to be sworn in today before Professor Mohamed Ibrahim Khalil, Head of the Commission, in Juba. The members of the commission will fly a UN plane to Juba to attend the swearing-in ceremony.
Khalil urged the necessity for speedy appointment of secretary-general. |
